A NC CE approved instructor led, live-streamed, no exam webinar taking an in-depth look at the major characteristics of the benefits provided in the state WC Laws. We study the three coverage areas in the WC policy including each coverage's purpose, exclusions and limitations, and also discuss Gonzalez v. Worrell and Lamm.

There is NO EXAM but you must attend the entire presentation and answer all 6 randomly asked polling questions to receive credit hours.

You only need a PC, Mac, iPad, tablet with speakers, iOS or Android, and an internet connection.

Instructions will be emailed upon receipt of your registration.

Regardless of your license type, ALL North Carolina licensees can receive credit hours.

Repeat Rule

NC ALL Licensees: You will only receive credit hours once if a course number is repeated in the same compliance period. Check your CE transcript, www.Sircon.com.

SC RESIDENT PRODUCER Licensees: You will only receive credit hours once if a course number is repeated within two (2) years of the original date of completion. Check your CE transcript, www.StateBasedSystems.com.

It is your responsibility to be sure you do not repeat a course number.
